Our European specialist team services the full spectrum of non-German European marques including Aston Martin, Bentley, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, Volvo, Alfa Romeo, MINI, Jaguar, and Lotus. We use manufacturer-level diagnostic tooling — including VIDA for Volvo, Alfa/Fiat MultiECUScan, and ISTA for MINI alongside our BMW coverage — rather than generic scan tools. Bentley and Rolls-Royce use condition-based service indicators similar to BMW's CBS system — the vehicle monitors oil quality, brake wear, and mileage to trigger service reminders rather than relying on a fixed interval. That said, both manufacturers recommend an annual inspection regardless of mileage for owner peace of mind and to catch time-sensitive items like rubber seals, brake fluid hygroscopy, and battery health. We perform pre-purchase inspections and annual wellness checks on both marques and stock the correct Bentley-spec 0W-40 and RR-spec lubricants.

We invest in manufacturer-grade diagnostic platforms rather than relying on generic OBDII readers. For Volvo we use VIDA/DiCE with full module coverage. Alfa Romeo and Maserati diagnostics run through MultiECUScan and Examiner with live data, bi-directional control, and adaptation reset capability. Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles use Autologic with full JLR protocols. MINI and Rolls-Royce share BMW's ISTA platform, which we run for all BMG Group vehicles. This lets us read every module on the vehicle — not just powertrain — and perform coding, calibration, and adaptation procedures properly.

MINI Coopers (R56, F56, Clubman, Countryman) come through our shop regularly for timing chain service, turbo boost leaks, valve cover leaks, and DSC/ABS module issues. Alfa Romeo owners bring us Giulia and Stelvio models for oil service, brake replacement, and the occasional DNA selector or Q4 AWD fault.
